Constitution

DANA was incorporated and registered with the Australian Companies and Securities Commission (ASIC) as a company limited by guarantee in May 2009.  Its conduct is thus regulated by the Commonwealth Corporations Act 2001.

The DANA Constitution contains rules which govern the following matters:

• the purposes of the organisation
• who its members are
• how the Board of Directors is chosen
• how meetings of DANA members are conducted
• how meetings of the DANA Board is conducted
