PM refuses meeting on Royal Commission

NSW Council for Intellectual Disability (CID) and Inclusion Australia (IA) are calling for a Royal Commission into abuse of people living with disability. Both Labor and The Greens are supporting the call for a Royal Commission after new figures reveal alarming rates of violence and other forms of abuse against people living with disability. The Coalition has so far refused to meet with CID and IA to discuss the need for a Royal Commission into the abuse. CID and IA have produced a short video calling for action from the Prime Minister.
